Momofuku Milk Bar, East Village, Manhattan, New York City. By Celia Dodds.
Having spent 3 months in New York I became very used to trying new and completely original foods, however, Momofuku Milk Bar, by David Chang, is one of my favourite spots. I was introduced to the cereal milk ice cream with cornflake crunch and I was instantly hooked. This combination is one of Momofuku's best loved and as the perfect mix of salty and sweet, it's easy to see why. Although the milk bar does not do many flavours of ice cream, it is definitely worth a trip!
